Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
- The referrer must be an existing ClimaSolar customer.
- To be eligible, the referrer must submit the referral form and ask their friend to contact ClimaSolar directly. The referred friend must mention the referrer’s name when they first get in touch.
- The referred friend must be a new customer who is not already in contact with ClimaSolar or holding an existing quote at the time of the referral.
- The referred friend receives $200 off the price of their system, applied at the time of their agreement.
- The referrer’s $500 gift card is issued once the referred friend’s system has been installed and:
– Cash customers: the system has been paid for in full; or
– Finance customers: the repayment period under their finance agreement has started. - Gift cards are chosen by ClimaSolar, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
- Your friend should contact us directly. By submitting the form, the referrer confirms their friend is happy for ClimaSolar to contact them if needed (for example, to follow up on the referral). Your friend’s details will only be used in relation to this referral.
- ClimaSolar may change or end the Referral Program at any time. Referrals submitted before any change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time.
- ClimaSolar’s decision on referral eligibility is final.
